Any one know some good mods or hints for levels for other people?

Dose anyone know the site to get the mods/skin rewrites for half life 2? if no one knows what im talking about then nevermind.

SMOD is the best one out there so far, adds about 20 weapons and skins.

What about like editing the story as in the characters skin and what the map look's like..... I forget who i talked to before who did it with me either rage or someone i don't remember but they gave me the game and i play it alot still so Thnx again mam
